Job summary

The Observatory Sun Valley, A Viceroy Resort in Sun Valley, Idaho, seeks a Guest Experience Manager to lead all valet, transportation, and luxury guest mobility operations. You will oversee the Rivian fleet program and coordinate with Front Office, Residential Services, Engineering, and Security to ensure a cohesive guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years leadership in valet, transportation, or luxury hospitality.
• Supervisory experience leading hourly teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance guest service with safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all valet, transportation, and guest arrival/departure operations.
• Ensure guest interactions are professional, warm, urgent, and aligned with luxury standards.
• Oversee valet parking, luggage assistance, guest transportation, and vehicle retrieval services.
• Manage Rivian fleet program: readiness, charging, cleanliness, scheduling, and guest orientation.
• Coordinate transportation logistics for guests, ownership, VIPs, events, and dining reservations.
• Monitor vehicle safety and ensure efficient handling of guest vehicles.
• Adjust staffing based on occupancy, events, and demand patterns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of valet/transportation areas.
