Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the duration of the shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and service guestrooms, bathrooms, balconies, and assigned guest areas according to luxury and brand standards.
• Stock housekeeping carts with linens, guest supplies, and cleaning products.
• Change bed linens, replenish towels and amenities, and ensure presentation-ready rooms.
• Remove trash and used items from guestrooms and service areas.
• Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and maintain clean and safe environments.
• Maintain clean and organized hallways, closets, and public spaces.
• Restock carts and prepare for the next day’s operation.
• Inspect guestrooms for maintenance concerns and report issues promptly.
• Handle Lost & Found items per hotel procedures.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Support additional housekeeping duties as needed.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through professionalism and attention to detail.
