Job summary

Viceroy Hotels in Sun Valley, Idaho is seeking a Door & Valet Attendant to deliver luxury arrival and departure experiences. You will assist with luggage, valet operations, and guest orientation, guiding guests to guestrooms and resort amenities with a polished, service-oriented approach.

This cross-utilized role supports Bell, Door, Transportation, and Valet teams, maintaining safety standards and professional image while helping guests with directions and local recommendations.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel/resort or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the shift.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional arrival, departure, transportation, and guest assistance services.
• Assist with luggage handling, valet operations, and guest orientation.
• Escort guests to guestrooms and explain resort features and services.
• Provide transportation and valet services following safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in lobby, valet, and arrival areas.
• Support Front Office operations and guest requests as needed.
