Job summary

Viceroy Hotels & Resorts is launching The Observatory Sun Valley, A Viceroy Resort, in Sun Valley, Idaho. The Guest Experience Manager will lead valet, transportation, and guest arrivals/departures, overseeing the Rivian fleet and ensuring luxury service standards across the property.

Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, this role collaborates with Front Office, Residential Services, Engineering, and Security to deliver a seamless, elevated guest experience for owners, guests, and visitors

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in valet operations, transportation, guest services, or luxury hospitality operations.
• Supervisory experience leading hourly teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead all valet, transportation, and guest arrival/departure operations for the resort and residences
• Oversee daily valet operations, vehicle management, transportation services, and Rivian fleet program
• Coordinate transportation logistics for guests, ownership, VIP arrivals, airport transfers, and events
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and presentation standards across transportation assets and facilities
• Partner with Front Office and Guest Services to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Support with staff training, scheduling, and performance feedback
