• Must be dependable and able to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests with a warm, sincere welcome.
• Direct guests and vehicles on the front drive and assist with parking.
• Assist with luggage, hotel and room orientations, and guest transport.
• Provide knowledge about hotel rooms, services, and features to guests.
• Deliver amenities to guest rooms and maintain luggage/golf cart cleanliness.
• Follow hotel guidelines and talk points; operate shuttle during peak periods.
