Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of experience in food & beverage operations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food and beverages are served in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist guests with menu selections and dietary information.
• Take orders accurately and communicate modifications to the kitchen.
• Anticipate guest needs, refill beverages, clear plates, and offer desserts or coffee.
• Promote menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience.
• Follow cleaning and safety standards.
• Attend daily pre-shift meetings.
• Maintain high attention to detail in service sequence.
• Deliver WOW moments to guests.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
