Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Salesperson to assist guests with retail needs, delivering personalized service on the floor and upselling products. You will help maintain displays and provide a warm, memorable shopping experience for every guest.

This role requires a background in hospitality or retail, with weekend and holiday availability, and strong customer service skills to ensure exceptional service across our resort retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality experience preferred.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Previous Retail sales or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Extensive product knowledge and personalized service to make each retail purchase memorable.
• Circulate on the floor, check merchandise displays to keep the store well stocked.
• Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to each guest.
• Use Hotel Retail Sequence of Service guidelines in all interactions with guests.
• Handle guests’ requests by reading and anticipating their needs and upselling new products.
• Open and/or close duties.
• Keep areas clean and orderly.
• Provide lateral service for other departments to ensure flawless service for all guests.
