Job summary

Flow in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an Experience Agent to create a welcoming environment for residents and hotel guests. You will greet guests, assist with registrations, and manage packages while coordinating with leasing and property teams to support move-ins, renewals, and events.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury setting. Flexible hours may be required, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic setting.
• Experience in residential services or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents and hotel guests with hospitality professionalism.
• Register guests and obtain payment information as needed.
• Respond to guest requests with local knowledge and guidance.
• Address inquiries and coordinate with Leasing Team for move-ins/outs and renewals.
• Manage lobby flow, parcels, and access for vendors and visitors.
• Support marketing events and community engagement initiatives.
