Job summary

Disneyland Resort is seeking an Arrival Coordinator for Disney's Grand Californian Hotel and Spa. This part-time role focuses on delivering world-class guest service, guiding guests from valet to front desk, and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.

You will report to the Guest Services Bell & Valet Manager and work across hotel guest services, ensuring a magical guest experience while upholding Disney standards of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications

• Part-Time availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Flexible/adaptable with the ability to work varying shifts.
• Demonstrated strong guest service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Share detailed information with guests and Cast Members about the hotel and resort; provide directions and event information.
• Proactively engage guests with personalized service and anticipate needs to leave a lasting impression.
• Coordinate arrival and departure experiences by communicating with Valet, Bell, Front Desk, Concierge, VIP coordinators, and related teams.
• Maintain performance in guest service, safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Represent the Disney brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity in every interaction.
