Job summary

First Roles is seeking a Bell Attendant to provide a warm welcome to guests and manage valet services at a California resort. You will greet arrivals, assist with luggage, and coordinate with the Guest Services team to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The ideal candidate has at least a year of similar hotel experience, strong English communication, and a team-oriented mindset. A valid CA driver’s license and basic math are required for daily duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in a similar position at a Four or Five Diamond Hotel.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical computations.
• Ability to write legibly.
• Proven ability to motivate a team.
• Experience training staff.
• Clear thinker in pressure situations and exercise good judgments.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with luggage and valet services.
• Park and retrieve vehicles while ensuring security of cars.
• Promote positive relations and guest satisfaction.
• Enforce standards of excellence and professionalism.
• Coordinate with staff and departments during busy periods.
• Maintain knowledge of daily activities, hotel features, services and hours of operation.
• Protect confidential information and maintain clean work areas.
