The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Sr Guest Experience Manager – Bell/Valet in Anaheim, CA. You will lead Bell Services and Valet teams to deliver seamless arrivals, departures, and in-stay transportation while upholding Disney service standards.

Reporting to the Rooms Director, you will drive safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction across multiple hotel locations and collaborate with hotel stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in hotel operations, Guest Services, or a related hospitality field.
• Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop Bell Services and Valet teams with focus on safety, courtesy, show, and efficiency.
• Own the Guest arrival and departure experience, including luggage handling and transportation coordination.
