Job summary

Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, CA is hiring for a Bell Services role at our luxury resort hotels. Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm greeting and assist with directions.
• Direct traffic and ensure safety on hotel driveways.
• Transport luggage and assist guests across the property.
• Resolve guest issues with professional service and quick recovery.
• Work outdoors in varying weather and stand or walk up to 8 hours per day.
