Horizon Hospitality is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a premier East Texas golf resort. You will oversee operations across golf, F&B, lodging, and memberships, setting standards that drive guest satisfaction and financial performance.

This role requires vision to manage large-scale expansions, build a top-tier leadership team, and collaborate with owners and local stakeholders. A dynamic, high-service culture is essential and relocation may be available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in high-end golf resorts, large-scale hotels or private clubs with lodging/residences.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, P&Ls, and capital plans.
• Experience leading multi-department teams and driving guest service standards.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day resort operations including golf, agronomy, F&B, lodging, membership services, and facilities maintenance.
• Drive long-term strategic planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting to maximize profitability.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing leadership team and establish guest service standards across departments.
• Direct talent acquisition, training, performance reviews, and staff development.
• Champion brand positioning and guest engagement through marketing, events, and community relations.
• Maintain alignment with ownership, developers, and key stakeholders.
