Job summary

Horizon Hospitality in Fort Worth seeks a visionary Community Manager / General Manager to oversee thousands of homes and resort-style amenities. You will lead a high-performing onsite team, build a scalable service model, and set the benchmark for master-planned living at a flagship property.

This on-site leadership role requires a proven track record in large-scale communities, strong collaboration with developers, and excellence in hospitality, budgeting, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale master-planned communities or high-end residential operations with HOA.
• Strong expertise in community association management and amenities oversight.
• Proven experience managing budgets, staff performance, and vendor contracts.
• Outstanding communication with executive stakeholders or developers.
• Credentials: PCAM, CMCA, AMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership across all community association operations.
• Direct and mentor department leaders, ensuring high standards and service excellence.
• Oversee budgeting, expenses, and foundation association financials.
• Collaborate with developers and leadership to establish structures and long-term plans.
• Drive high-touch resident engagement and hospitality across touchpoints.
