Wild Spring Dunes seeks a General Manager to lead a new, high‑profile golf and hospitality resort in East Texas. You will shape culture, build teams, and oversee all operational details from launch to ongoing excellence.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in senior leadership within golf or hospitality, with a track record of growing luxury properties, strong financial acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• A track record of leading golf/hospitality operations at scale.
• Experience launching or managing high-end golf resorts or mixed-use properties.
• Proven ability to build teams and drive growth in a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong financial oversight of budgets and P&Ls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, launch, and ongoing management of the resort golf experience.
• Develop and implement business plans to achieve growth and optimize revenue.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team to deliver best‑in‑class service.
• Maintain high standards for operations, guest experience, and facilities.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and performance metrics across departments.
• Recruitment, performance evaluations, training, and discipline.
