Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership in golf or hospitality.
• Proven track record launching or managing high-end golf resorts.
• Experience building guest communities in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, launch, and ongoing management of the resort golf experience.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve growth targets and enhance guest experience.
• Build and lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of hospitality and excellence.
• Establish and maintain high standards for operations, service, and facility management.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and performance metrics for all departments.
• Oversee recruitment, performance evaluations, training, and disciplinary actions.
