Horizon Hospitality in Houston is seeking a dynamic Community Manager/General Manager to oversee premier residential, club and F&B operations within a luxury master-planned development.

The role requires strategic leadership across all property operations, budget oversight, vendor management, and executive collaboration to scale services as the community grows toward full buildout, delivering exceptional hospitality and a high-touch resident experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale master-planned communities or luxury resorts.
• Breadth to oversee F&B/club and community association operations.
• Experience managing budgets, staff performance, and vendor contracts.
• Excellent communication with executive stakeholders.
• Industry credentials preferred (PCAM, CMCA, AMS).

Responsabilités

• Provide executive leadership across all community association operations, F&B, security/gate operations, and lifestyle amenities.
• Direct and mentor department leaders, ensuring high operational standards and service excellence.
• Oversee financial performance, including budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with developers and leadership to establish operational structures and long-term plans.
• Drive high-touch resident engagement and hospitality across all touchpoints.
