Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior leadership in golf or hospitality.
• Proven track record in launching or managing luxury golf resorts.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, launch, and ongoing management of the resort golf experience.
• Develop strategic plans to grow targets, optimize revenue, and guest experience.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team and ensure service excellence.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, and performance metrics for all departments.
• Recruitment, performance evaluations, training, and disciplinary actions.
