Qualifications

• Reception or hosting experience in high-end retail or gallery spaces.
• Concierge or front-of-house experience in premium settings.
• On-camera or media presence with refined presentation.
• Fluency in English and the gallery location language.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and guests upon arrival, creating a warm, refined atmosphere.
• Moderate and direct traffic within the gallery to maintain an elevated flow.
• Coordinate and guide appointment-based visits with retail and gallery teams.
• Communicate professionally with VIP clients, stylists, and visiting teams.
• Serve as a front-facing presence that reflects brand standards and discretion.
• Monitor the gallery to ensure alignment with brand aesthetics.
• Provide light administrative support for client-facing operations.
