Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in hospitality or guest services.
• Energetic, accountable, team-oriented and willing to learn.
• Reliable with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests upon arrival, delivering polished service.
• Manage wayfinding and check-ins for appointments and restaurant waitlists.
• Provide coat/umbrella check, concierge support and valet validation.
• Set up and break down the gallery host station and monitor cleanliness and compliance.
• Assist with onsite and offsite events.
