Brobston Group LLC seeks an Assistant Gallery Leader to provide on-floor leadership, coaching gallery teams, and uphold luxury standards of presentation and service. You will help set strategy, mentor associates, and ensure a premium showroom experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, professional appearance, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional guest engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in high-end furniture, design showrooms, or luxury retail.
• Interior design experience preferred.
• Superior organization, leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to motivate, influence and inspire teams.
• Proficient with current technology (iPad, Mac, PC).
• Ability to lift/mobilize items up to 25 lbs and to stand, bend and maneuver on the gallery floor.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and develop gallery associates to deliver a luxury customer experience
• Represent the brand through polished communication and professional appearance
• Support leadership on new initiatives, training and execution of gallery strategy
• Recruit and attract talent across all levels to meet gallery needs
• Prioritize tasks, respond to complex priorities and drive results
• Maintain high standards of presentation, merchandising and guest engagement
