Jacques Marie Mage seeks an Optician at the Venice, CA Gallery. As ABOC, you will reflect the brand through direct client engagement, guide clients to meet medical needs, and craft a memorable shopping experience.

You will manage orders with the lab, take precise measurements, and help clients choose frames and lenses with confidence. Join a luxury eyewear house known for ethical sourcing, storytelling, and exceptional customer care.

Qualifications

• ABOC licensed is required.
• 2-4 years of optician experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Experience mounting/edging lenses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through delivering the client experience.
• Tell the story of the JMM brand to engage clients.
• Deliver best-in-class optical service and meet lead times.
• Fulfill, process, and communicate all orders with the lab.
• Take measurements with accuracy and fit eyewear.
• Assist clients in selecting frames and lenses.
• Maintain strong client book and meet KPIs.
• Provide optical elevation, training, and support to the team.
