Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in McLean, VA seeks a luxury gallery assistant to provide elevated client service, greet visitors and connect clients with the appropriate Associates.

In this in-gallery role you will support Gallery Partners, maintain a polished appearance, and become well‑versed on RH products to advise clients. You will handle in-person, phone and email interactions with professionalism and a refined taste.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or luxury retail preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to prioritize.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; people and relationship driven.
• Commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 lbs and maneuver around gallery and stock areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome gallery clients and assist with questions or concerns
• Connect clients with appropriate Associates based on purchase needs
• Support clients via in-gallery interactions, phone and email
• Provide elevated client services support to Gallery Partners to resolve issues
• Become well‑versed on RH products and offerings to advise clients
• Create a luxury service experience in every client interaction
