Qualifications
- Hospitality or high-end retail hosting experience.
- Front-of-house or concierge background in premium settings.
- On-camera presence and refined presentation.
- Fluency in English; additional gallery location language beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and guests upon arrival with a refined, welcoming atmosphere.
- Moderate and direct gallery traffic to maintain an elevated client flow.
- Coordinate appointment-based visits with retail and gallery teams.
- Communicate professionally with VIP clients, stylists, and visiting teams.
- Maintain poise, discretion, and brand standards throughout interactions.
- Provide light administrative support for client-facing operations.
