Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience and meet personal and store sales goals. You will support daily store operations, blending luxury retail service, omnichannel selling, and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty and revenue.

The role requires 1+ years in luxury retail (or equivalent), POS experience, strong English, and comfort with live-stream shopping or video demos. A flexible schedule is expected for peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Experience with POS operation, basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising).
• Maintain sales floor and stockroom; follow POS and asset protection procedures.
