Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; further degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a guest-facing hospitality role.
• Experience with hotel PMS and luxury hotel operations preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, delivering personalized service.
• Handle accurate check-in and check-out procedures; verify reservations and guest preferences.
• Coordinate luggage, transportation, and special accommodations as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities and local attractions to assist guests.
• Process reservations, cancellations, modifications, and billing adjustments accurately.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, F&B for seamless guest experiences.
• Uphold Forbes Travel Guide standards in all guest interactions.
