Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year in a guest-facing hospitality role.
• Experience with hotel PMS preferred; Opera familiarity is an advantage.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm welcome and seamless arrival, stay, and departure experiences.
• Check-in/out procedures, verify reservations and guest details.
• Anticipate guest needs and coordinate preferences and requests.
• Coordinate luggage, transportation, dining reservations, and other requests with teams.
• Maintain guest records and shift handover notes; ensure privacy and discretion.
