Qualifications

• 2+ years as Assistant Front Office Manager in a luxury hotel/resort overseeing multiple departments.
• Luxury resort experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Forbes 5 Star, AAA 5 Diamond standards.
• Strong leadership and management reporting skills.
• Knowledge of local and state laws related to rooms department.
• Housekeeping experience a plus.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, formal presentation).
• Ability to influence others and drive service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front office daily operations and guest services.
• Supervise front office staff and resolve guest concerns.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and other departments to ensure efficiency and standards.
• Assist in greeting and checking-in VIP and long-stay guests.
• Ensure staff are familiar with hotel products and services and maintain brand promise.
