The Bahia Resort Hotel invites an enthusiastic Front Office Supervisor to warmly welcome guests and efficiently manage arrivals and departures. You will coach colleagues, set expectations, and deliver personal service that exceeds guest expectations.

You will coordinate desk activities, promote available hotel amenities, and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely guest satisfaction. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with opportunities for growth within Evans Hotels

Competenze

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in hospitality or hotel front desk.
• Experience in guest services and handling guest requests with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work weekends/holidays and stand for long periods.

Mansioni

• Greet and assist guests at check-in/check-out with a positive, professional demeanor.
• Coordinate front desk activities to ensure guest services standards are met.
• Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience.
• Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash and transactions.
• Assist guests with inquiries and coordinate with other hotel departments.
