Arlettie in New York seeks a Front of House Associate / Membership Ambassador to be the first point of contact for clients, delivering a warm, polished welcome and helping grow the membership community.

You will register visitors, promote membership, and work closely with sales and showroom teams to ensure a seamless journey while upholding luxury brand standards. Weekend availability is required and prior hospitality or luxury retail experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Persuasive and commercially minded with a natural ability to sell.
• Quick-thinking and adaptable, able to build rapport quickly.
• Polished and professional with luxury service standards.
• Weekend availability is required and regular monthly availability is highly valued.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, luxury, events, front-of-house or sales is appreciated, host/reception experience is a plus.

• Present and promote membership offering with a clear, compelling pitch.

• Maintain a high level of service and brand image at all times.
• Work closely with sales and showroom teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Share customer feedback and ideas to continuously improve the welcome and membership experience.
