Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
• Experience with high-profile clientele is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for members, guests, and staff with warmth and professionalism.
• Welcome members by name and anticipate needs to deliver exceptional service.
• Provide proactive support and real-time problem solving for requests, concerns, and incidents.
• Build strong relationships with members and guests with discretion and attention to detail.
• Stay informed on daily operations, policies, and programming impacting member experience.
• Manage the Member Services inbox, respond to inquiries, and maintain timely communication.
• Handle calls, mail, deliveries, and other administrative requests for members and staff.
• Maintain accurate member records in Nexudus and keep profiles current.
• Track daily logs, keys, lockers, and important member communications.
• Assist with conference room reservations and scheduling per policy.
• Ensure spaces reflect elevated hospitality standards.
• Provide information on services and events and identify opportunities to enhance the member experience.
• Support engagement and revenue opportunities by promoting offerings.
• Assist with various projects and duties as assigned.
