Job summary

Moss New York LLC is seeking a vigilant Membership Receptionist for our in-person club environment in New York. You will be the first contact for members, prospective members, and partners, supporting CRM, community engagement, and membership experience to ensure a seamless club experience.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and comfort with CRM systems. Expect a fast-paced, guest-facing setting with opportunities across tours, events, and memberships.

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality, guest services, or membership-driven environments preferred.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing settings.
• Comfort with digital systems and a willingness to learn CRM platforms.
• High level of attention to detail, organization, and discretion.
• Flexible and adaptable, with strong availability and commitment to in-person work.
• Collaborative, thoughtful, and energized by a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent presence at assigned club levels and support service across areas.
• Own service zones during shifts and coordinate with management to resolve member needs.
• Check in members and guests, process transactions, and manage front-of-house duties.
• Support onboarding, engagement, and communication with members and applicants.
• Maintain CRM records and track touchpoints.
• Update membership statuses and ensure notes are accurate.
• Share insights with cross-functional teams to improve operations.
• Provide operational support for tours, activations, and events.
• Support Membership Sales with CRM maintenance and pipeline tracking.
• Participate in prospect calls and onboarding meetings.
• Work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Liaise with Spa, Events, F&B, Concierge, and other departments.
• Support department and club-wide projects as needed.
