Job summary

HALL Park Hotel is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead a guest-focused front desk team. You will oversee daily check-ins, resolve guest needs, and ensure smooth front desk operations alongside our Front Desk Agents.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk experience in luxury or boutique hotel required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hotel PMS and front desk procedures.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
• Ability to coach and support team while staying hands-on.
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and commitment to service excellence.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
