Think Hospitality is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee the front desk operations and ensure guest satisfaction. You will coordinate check-ins/checkout, support scheduling and training, and coach front desk staff to deliver courteous service in line with brand standards.

The role requires 2+ years in a front desk setting, hotel experience preferred, and basic computer skills with PMS and Microsoft Office. English and Spanish communication is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front desk experience required.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems.

Responsabilités

• Greet, check-in and checkout guests efficiently and courteously.
• Supervise front desk staff and assist with scheduling, training and coaching.
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, hours, and local amenities.
• Balance cash handling and prepare shift reports per hotel standards.
• Maintain knowledge of rates, packages, and promotions and assist with reservations.
