Qualifications

• Experience in Front Office or guest services in a hotel.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Availability to work weekends/holidays and shifts 7:00 AM–11:00 PM.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance consistent with hotel standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day Front Office operations and staff.
• Assist with guest arrivals/departures and reservations coordination.
• Handle check-in/check-out, cash handling, and records management.
• Maintain accurate shift documentation and reporting.
