Pier House in Beverly Hills is seeking a courteous Front Desk Agent to warmly greet guests, check them in and out, and assist with reservations. You will handle cash and charges accurately and maintain a smooth front desk operation in a luxurious setting.

Strong customer service skills, flexibility for nights and weekends, and bilingual Spanish are preferred. Hilton experience is highly valued, with opportunities to contribute to memorable guest experiences at Cameo Beverly Hills.

• Hilton experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and check them in/out promptly; assist with pre-registration and block reservations as needed.
• Post charges accurately and promptly.
• Know Front Office system for daily transactions and less common tasks.
• Manage cash handling: cash, checks and credit cards with correct change.
• Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly.
• Understand hotel rates and discounts and apply them correctly.
• Take same-day reservations quickly; follow cancellation and relocation procedures.
