The role supports daily operations, memberships, loyalty programs, and front-end retail while maintaining seamless patient flow in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in a warm, professional manner and manage the front desk flow.
• Schedule, verify, and update appointments; check patients in/out with accuracy.
• Handle payments and process transactions; maintain patient demographics and forms.
• Educate patients on memberships, loyalty programs, and promotions.
• Support inventory, retail operations, and administrative tasks as needed.
