Limitless Male Medical is seeking a Patient Relationship Coordinator (PRC) to be the first and last contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming clinic experience. You will manage scheduling, coordinate visits, and support communication across teams to keep patients engaged in their care.

In this role you’ll greet patients, check them in/out, review schedules, and liaise with clinical staff to minimize wait times. A patient-first mindset and strong organization are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage patients professionally, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed.
• Manage scheduling to optimize clinic flow and provider alignment.
• Check patients in/out, process payments, and maintain accurate records in EMR/CRM systems.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to minimize wait times and support timely rooming.
• Support follow-up communications to keep patients engaged in their care plans.
