Job summary

Hyatt Regency Phoenix is seeking a Front Office Host to create a welcoming guest experience from arrival through departure. You will manage registration, check-in/out, and communicate hotel services with guests, while resolving inquiries and coordinating with Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B to ensure seamless service.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk, guest services, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel operating systems.
• Ability to accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and financial reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Flexible schedule with overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
• Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Verify guest information, assign rooms, and issue keys.
• Handle transactions in accordance with hotel standards.
