Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail seeks a Resort Assistant Manager to oversee Front Office, Guest Services and Concierge operations. You will act as the on-duty manager, ensure clear communication, and support daily arrivals, VIPs and special requests.

Collaboration with Housekeeping is essential for guest satisfaction. The role requires 2+ years in a similar luxury-hotel position, strong leadership and stellar guest-service skills, with English fluency and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years experience in a similar luxury-hotel role.
• Excellent leadership and people-management skills.
• Strong communication and guest-relations abilities.
• Knowledge of hotel operating systems is preferred.
• English language required; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front Office, Guest Services and Concierge operations as on-duty manager.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping for guest needs and room assignments.
• Lead recruitment, training and staff scheduling; conduct evaluations.
• Ensure high standards of hospitality and timely responses to guest requests.
