Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in a related position in a luxury hotel.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
• English comprehension and work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Cleans guestrooms as assigned by management and in accordance with hotel standards.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and supplies.
• Provide genuine hospitality and promote hotel services.
• Anticipate guest needs and address concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Report damages and maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain tidy linen and equipment, and handle keys securely.
