Job summary

Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Guestroom Attendant to clean guest rooms to exact standards, including dusting, sanitizing, and restocking amenities to elevate the guest experience.

The role requires be able to remove towels, beds, vacuum, and maintain cleanliness across bedroom, living, dining, and bathroom areas while coordinating maintenance needs and supporting other departments as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills: ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Remove dirty towels and sheets and replace with clean ones from the Linen Closet. Make bed.
• Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom).
• Vacuum carpet and cleans marble and tile areas.
• Remove room service trays, dishes and carts to service landings. Replace used cups, saucers, spoons and glasses from the Minibar.
• Remove garbage from bins in bedroom and bathroom.
• Submit all maintenance issues in guestrooms, Public Areas and Back of house areas to the Engineering department through designated work systems and bring them to the attention of the Housekeeping management.
• Add special touches to the guestrooms to enhance the guest experience (e.g. microfiber cloth, book marks, cable ties, etc.
• Restock used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery, pens, coffee, tea, sugar, etc.
