Job summary

Building and Land Technology is seeking a concierge for our luxury residential community in Stamford, CT. The role focuses on exceptional guest and resident service at the front desk, including welcoming visitors and handling inquiries with a professional, timely approach.

You will assist with move-ins/outs, coordinate package handling and resident services, and ensure all safety and registration procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a concierge, or 2+ years in a hospitality role.
• Must deliver outstanding customer service.
• Self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front desk services for a luxury residential building.
• Answers calls and inquiries promptly in a professional manner.
• Assists residents with move-in and move-out procedures.
• Welcomes residents, guests, and vendors and registers visitors.
• Manages emergency key procedures and key access control.
• Coordinates resident services including packages, dry cleaning, events, directions, and courtesy calls.
• Performs additional tasks as assigned by supervisor.
