Job summary

BLT is seeking a friendly Concierge for a part-time role in Norwalk, CT. You will be at the front desk of a luxury residential building, delivering exceptional resident services and maintaining building accessibility.

You will greet residents and visitors, assist with move-ins/outs, handle packages, coordinate services like dry cleaning and directions, and ensure security procedures are followed. Weekend availability and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year concierge or 2+ years in hospitality.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Self-motivated and works with limited supervision.
• Ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or GED; college education preferred.
• Weekend work availability.
• Must be 21+ to handle packages containing alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front desk services for the luxury residential building.
• Answers calls and resident inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assists residents with move-in and move-out procedures.
• Welcomes residents, guests and vendors; registers visitors.
• Follows emergency key procedures and security policies.
• Coordinates resident services including packages, dry cleaning and directions.
• Performs clerical tasks as assigned by supervisor.
• Hours available: 2:30pm-11:00pm.
