Job summary

Rose Associates Inc. is seeking a service-oriented Concierge for our luxury residential building in Stamford. The role focuses on delivering exceptional resident experiences, coordinating packages, and providing accurate information about local amenities and events.

The ideal candidate will be personable, professional, and able to work on-site, throughout common areas and in living spaces when required. Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

Proficiency navigating computers and software to include Microsoft Office, Yardi, and various property management software applications.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with basic security procedures. Active NYS Security Guard License is a plus.
Work authorization (required)

Responsibilities

Greet residents and guests, coordinate package deliveries, and arrange pick-ups.
Provide information on community amenities, local services, and events.
Serve as central contact for inquiries, relay messages to residents.
Monitor entrances and enforce access control with appropriate personnel.
Maintain safety compliance in the workplace.
On-site presence and mobility throughout the building to address matters.
Move large packages up to 50 pounds and navigate stairs.
Work in areas with pets and in common areas and apartments when needed.
May perform duties outside normal responsibilities.
