Job summary

The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional, luxury guest service.

You will supervise front desk staff, provide coaching, handle guest concerns, and coordinate with housekeeping and reservations to deliver a seamless experience. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Hourly pay ranges from $18 to $20 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in front desk/hospitality.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and guest recovery mindset.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience with hotel property management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations to ensure efficient check-in, check-out, guest services, and adherence to luxury hospitality standards.
• Lead, train, and support front desk associates, providing ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and operational guidance.
• Resolve guest concerns and service recovery situations promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Monitor daily operations, including room assignments, shift coverage, cash handling, and compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, reservations, bell services, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and an outstanding guest experience.
