Job summary

The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee is seeking an experienced front office leader to supervise guest services and uphold luxury standards. You will train and coach front desk teams, resolve guest concerns, and coordinate with housekeeping and reservations to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous front office or hospitality leadership experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with hotel property management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations to ensure efficient check-in, check-out, guest services, and adherence to luxury hospitality standards.
• Lead, train, and support front desk associates, providing ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and operational guidance.
• Resolve guest concerns and service recovery situations promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Monitor daily operations, including room assignments, shift coverage, cash handling, and compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, reservations, bell services, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and an outstanding guest experience.

What you will be doing
