The Pfister Hotel in Milwaukee, part of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, seeks an experienced front desk leader to supervise operations and mentor staff. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, oversee check-in/check-out, and collaborate with housekeeping and reservations to maintain luxury standards.

We value strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Property management system experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front office or hospitality leadership experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with hotel property management systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise front desk operations to ensure efficient check-in, check-out, guest services, and adherence to luxury hospitality standards.
• Lead, train, and support front desk associates, providing ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and operational guidance.
• Resolve guest concerns and service recovery situations promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Monitor daily operations, including room assignments, shift coverage, cash handling, and compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, reservations, bell services, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and an outstanding guest experience.
