Coury Hospitality in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver an elevated arrival and departure experience. You will be the gracious point of contact throughout the guest stay, ensuring seamless service aligned with luxury standards.

Responsibilities include check-in/check-out, guest communication, information on amenities and local attractions, and coordination with departments to maintain a polished front desk presence. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• Prior front desk or guest services experience in luxury or boutique hotels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a polished service attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask calmly in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive demeanor.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests warmly at arrival and departure, creating a refined first and last impression.
• Check-in/check-out using the property management system accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with guests to anticipate needs and resolve requests.
• Provide information on hotel amenities, dining options, and local attractions.
• Handle room assignments, upgrades, and rate changes per hotel policy.
• Maintain guest records with confidentiality and assist with inquiries via phone/email/in person.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, bell staff, concierge, and maintenance to ensure seamless service.
• Follow security, privacy, and safety procedures and support sustainability initiatives.
