Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Denver is seeking a friendly Guest Services Agent to welcome and register hotel guests, explain accommodations, and assist with payments and check-out while delivering exceptional service.

You will respond to guest requests, arrange personalized recommendations, and maintain a positive, flexible schedule including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays. Prior guest service experience is preferred; legal work authorization in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good command of the English language
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and registers hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment. Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
